K105 Chalet - Camber Sands Holiday Park

Negative: Exterior was shabby and looked run down, inside was dirty, floors were dirty and the place didn’t feel clean including the bedding. Nit a very comfortable space and the beds were quite poor quality, didn’t get a good sleep there. For the money spent it wasn’t really worth it overall

Positive: A good size chalet for family of 3 to living in. The chalet is ok to sleeping, cooking and relaxing. There are so much to do in the park. We had a good time with the swimming pool’s lazy river. The pool temperature was warmer than the average pool in UK. Check in & out was smooth. Negative: Chalet was quite dusty and needs a deep clean. Pans and pots are not in a good condition to use. Unlikely to book in for swimming pool in the morning.

Positive: The location of the chalet was nice. The park seemed nice lots to do with young children. Negative: The chalet really needs a deep clean , Did have a problem with the cleaning of the chalet and the owner did sort this and was very sorry about the cleaning . Just not ideal having clean the floors and re make the beds as soon as you arrive on your holiday. Sofa bed really uncomfortable and plates and cutlery were all left dirty from the previous people.

Perfect !!! Definitely will be staying again. Positive: It was in the perfect spot lovely views and so tidy!! Very spacious too. The site itself was full of things to do however we spent most of the time at the beach. Negative: Everything!!!

Good experience but they need to clean before the guests check-in Positive: The amenities provided were very nice. Bathroom was clean. Beds were fine. The kitchen appliances and cutlery provided were really nice. Wifi was available. Overall a nice family experience. The view outside the chalet is amazing. Negative: The only drawback was the house of ants and the chalet being provided without cleaning. I had to use a broom and mop to clean the house upon checkin because it was not something i could stand while waiting for a cleaner. I did inform one of the personnels about this and shared images of the sand and dirt cleaned and the several ants. He said he would send someone but no one ever turned up. It was quite uncomfortable living with ants on the floor, table, around the fridge during a holiday.
