MP250 Camber Sands Holiday Park

Despite all the inconvenience we still had a fun stay at the resort. Will definitely go back. I just hope that they impr Positive: The property was exactly what we needed to accommodate 8 people. It has almost all the things we needed for cooking and sleeping. Staff were very accommodating. Fair price. Will definitely go back hopefully to a better unit in the resort. Negative: 1. What I didn’t like is that the location in general has a bad smell in the air. Im suspecting it is from a leak in the sewage just behind the resort. 2. When i booked the caravan I thought it was the unit near the entrance of the resort. It was advertised as it appears that it is closest to the beach that’s why I picked it. As it turned out it was at the farthest area on the resort. Please advertise the location of the unit exactly as it is located in the resort. The one posted as mp250 is the demo units that they are selling located by the main entrance. 3. The beddings were fine but the couch liners need to go. It was full of stain and very dusty. At least vacuum It including the carpet.

Great value for money. Comfortable and clean accomodation. Would be back! Positive: The accomodation was great. Very happy to have linen and towels provided. Communicaiton before arrival and prior to check out was also great. Negative: There are no reciling facilities in the complex. With so many families like ours staying in large numbers, it'd make sense to be able to recycle the large amounts of plastic, cardboard and glass that were consumed. Could you look into making this the norm?

I wouldn't have stayed longer. But we made the best of what we had. Positive: Location perfect, staff all lovely Negative: Caravan wasn't very clean, cobwebs on the ceiling, dust of the skirting boards. 1 room had a broken window so there were dead flies on the bed. Carpets worn and thread bared. Sofas all old and stained . Just general very tired and not worth the cost per night. The food was mediocre. The waiting in line to order was exceptionally long. But the staff did try to do their best and were all pleasant. The caravan i thought I booked wasn't the same one we got, the location on the map given was a different one to where the actual caravan was located to had to walk around to look for it.

Don't happy Positive: Everything like Negative: But I not happy about the tickets hub pass I'm pay 300 for 12 people including the kids and they can't paying anything game on there

Positive: the staff was very kind and supportive Negative: The bathrooms had moulds not very safe for the kids basic things weren't supplied and its not mentioned anywhere
