Shabby, worn out and tired and depressing Positive: Nothing it was awful Negative: They advertised this property as. 50 yards from the beach and it was. 30 minutes walk from the chalet as we had to walk round all the other caravans out past reception and then down the road and the sandy beach took us so long we only went once and drove as we booked this with two small children so couldn’t walk that far away I would say reception was 250 yards from the pebble beach not the house as advertised The sofa smelt and was covered in stains and marks My 4 year old was playing and crawled under the bed and was covered in thick thick dust all over him and brang out an allergy from mites We was sold passes for 50 cash not to be told that swimming was shut on the Monday so we didn’t use them at all because the entertainment was too late for our young children

Positive: Easy nice apt

Great location, comfy beds Positive: Location was good, very close to the beach and centrally located for Rye and Dungeness. Comfy double bed, 2 singles were comfy but very small. Negative: Cleanliness of the chalet was disappointing.

Positive: Place was a good size and clean, close to the beach. It ended up being a bit cold so the kids made use of the onsite activities like mini golf, playground and trampolines, all reasonably priced. Was actually much better than expected for two kids ages 9 & 6. Didn’t use the pool as needed an entertainment pass which wasn’t worth it for the two days we were there. But you could access everything else until 5pm when they then closed the gate so you need the pass to access the entertainment and bar etc which was fine as we didn’t want that anyway. Food at the bar for lunch and breakfast was good.

Bien Positive: Emplacement, gentillesse et réactivité du personnel Negative: Propreté du camping et du sentier menant a la plage (beaucoup de déchets par terre). Forfait pour la piscine très cher.
