WR2 Marlie Holiday Park

Good, with qualifications Positive: The caravan was comfortable and had enough facilities. Particularly convenient for walking the dog being near the nature reserve. Also very well located for all the local attractions. The provision of bedding and towels was a welcome surprise. The double bedroom has an en-suite toilet and sink. I would come here again though knowing the limitations. Negative: We were denied access to the swimming pool, restaurant, and entertainment on site - we were told, quite bluntly by the onsite staff, that we were required to buy 'visitor passes' to allow access. We didn't bother in the end as it was a quite substantial amount for our stay. You can't just use the swimming pool, as you need to book a slot with reception and you can't do this without a pass. The location is fine, but be aware that you will be immediately adjacent to the main access road on the site, so there is substantial, and, at times, very noisy, transient pedestrian and vehicular traffic. We did sleep ok, but there were a couple of occasions when there were kids running around the location well after dark. There were no hangers in the wardrobes, and parking can be a challenge too.

A lovely relaxing couple of days Positive: The caravan was spotless when we arrived. It had everything needed for a good stay. The park was clean unfortunately everything was shut due to the time of year. Would definitely recommend for family or friends to stay during the spring/summer months. Negative: there was nothing that we disliked.

Great location, close by communal parking and facilities Positive: Location was great in particular within the site, close to everything shop, laundry and pool. Clean and tidy on arrival and was nice to have the towels etc supplied

Property was spotless and had everything we needed. Great pitch in caravan park clise yo all facilities. Highly recommended
