Rye Hideaway with Hot Tub - Rye

Basement Positive: Modern and very spacious apartment basements, Fantastic location opposite the river, with parking directly opposite for £6.00 for 24hours Negative: As its in the basement, you do have loud neighbours above, we couldnt fall asleep until they had gone to sleep and then they awake you at 7. the apartment was generally clean but did find lube under the bedside cabinet.. Opened a cupboard to investigate a noise that kept happening found cigarette butt's had been thrown in there which stored electrical components! Hot tub was not hot on arrival and not very enjoyable in its location.

Disappointing Positive: Good location to walking around Rye Negative: It was not clear it was a basement with no windows and very clinical, no pictures and very depressing. The hot tub had no look out but described as being on a balcony. Couldn't use the hot tub as it was not hot and too cold to sit in and extremely dissapointing as it was a Birthday Surprise.
